Random Ass Facts

• I don't like avocados. (But somehow I like guacamole when it's fresh and homemade by Jake's mom. Go figure.)
• I want to make artwork from found things, like murals made from driftwood and things like that.
• I LOVE LOVE LOVE Egg Drop Soup. And camarrones aguachile. 
• I make killer homemade goulash, based on my late aunt's recipe. 
• I'm unsure of whether or not I want to bear children. I love the idea of adopting, so that's definitely on the table, but giving birth to genetic mutations of myself...not so sure I'm ready to sign up for that. o.o
• If I do have children, I hope my boys are into cowboys and my girls are into robots.
• Living in Fort Collins has amplified the hippie in me: I'm considering a diet change (vegetarian / vegan), I want to buy a bicycle, I have recycled 50 gallons of stuff so far in my three months of living here, and my desire to go camping / hiking has never been so great as it is this summer.
• Jake and I have talked about getting married a bit more in the last few months. He says that he doesn't want to have to remember a new date and that our current one (October 11) suits him just fine.
