Cha-Cha-Cha-Changes

Your eyes are not deceiving you: a second post from me in as many days. Huzzah!

I've decided to queue up some posts that have been rambling around in my  head just so they are out and not distracting me from other things that are going on. And, that way, it looks like I'm updating this more frequently. :)

(Never mind the fact that I'm just sitting here typing away as another method of ignoring my schoolwork, while my honey is cooking delicious Chik'n Parm.)

This month, we are collectively spending figuring out what all we need to do to be healthy. We're researching different methods that will help us in weight loss and eating correctly, and we'll be taking all the appropriate baseline measurements so we can track any and all progress that we make.

We're starting with yoga (which I think I mentioned a few posts back...and yes, it really has taken us this long to get around to the yoga thing) and watching what we eat. I'd like to add in some dance sessions at a fitness studio, and I think it would be good for him to add in something besides just yoga and dieting as well.

It was going to be just me at first, but he decided that he wasn't going to let me go through it all by myself, so we'll be getting healthy together. I just hope he's up to the task of keeping me on track, or at least motivating me to keep myself on track.

I'd like to explore other ways of getting ourselves in order, too, like a financial fitness routine and whatnot.

...so why are we doing this? Is it just to get healthy and be more well?
Well, maybe. There could also be another reason, or two, why we're getting healthy.
If there were, I couldn't say anything about it. Not here. Not right now.

Just know that we're working on working out, and if you have any tips, feel free to leave a comment, as I'd be glad to read about them.
